Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic Retail Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, driving sales, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Duties:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Sell products by explaining features, demonstrating use, and promoting discounts
- Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions
- Conduct product demonstrations to showcase functionality
- Utilize time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Upsell additional products to increase revenue
- Process POS (Point of Sale) transactions efficiently

Skills:
- Proven ability to sell and meet sales targets
- Strong basic math skills for accurate transactions
- Experience in sales, particularly in retail or wireless sales, is a plus
- Ability to conduct product demos effectively
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Familiarity with POS systems for seamless transactions
- Capability in upselling techniques to drive revenue growth
