Mobile Applications Developer jobs in Tampa, FL

To be successful for this role you will need to showcase:

• Demonstrate a robust understanding of CoreData and SQL-based databases (iOS Developers) or Realm and SQL-based databases (Android Developers);
• Independently define the optimal structure of the data stored within the application, such as the relationship hierarchies of objects;
• Consult on optimal structures for their peers; Independently identify cases where migrations are required, and implement them correctly;
• Work autonomously to design the project structure to a high quality in cases that are not covered by the company standards - expected to implement these structures and advise junior peers when necessary;
• Understand the best practices of each language including Java and Kotlin in a commerical environment; Understand and advise on the underlying technologies of the library/framework chosen based on the projects requirements;
• Have a complete understanding of the APIs for their given projects and keep up to date with any changes for the duration of the project;
• Interpret and implement the UX documentation provided by the Design team, make decisions independently when UX flows are not available and provide useful feedback to designers on the UX flows;
• Interpret and implement the UI documentation provided by the Design team, extrapolating the designs for screens that are not available and provides useful feedback to Designers on the UI documentation in cases when it will cause performance issues; Implement complex animations when required; Test their own work during development and applies the concepts of Test Driven Development;
• Implement the security standards specified by Stellar Elements;
• Architect a complete solution for a client, or consult with an architect about the mobile aspect of a solution and may be required to clearly document a solution projects.
