A Global company is seeking to hire a ServiceNow HRSD Senior Developer/Architect, they will LEAD the delivery of ServiceNow HR Service Delivery solutions for our clients. You will be responsible for overseeing the design, development, testing, and deployment of ServiceNow applications and integrations that meet the business requirements and best practices of the HRSD module. You will also provide technical guidance, mentoring, and coaching to other ServiceNow developers and consultants.
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE: Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications for ServiceNow HRSD solutions Design, configure, customize, and implement ServiceNow HRSD applications and workflows using ServiceNow Studio, Scripting, REST APIs, and other tools Develop and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and other HR systems and applications using MID Server, Web Services, JDBC, and other methods Perform unit testing, system testing, and user acceptance testing of ServiceNow HRSD solutions and ensure quality and performance standards are met Provide operational support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution for ServiceNow HRSD solutions and integrations Collaborate with project managers, business analysts, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and successful delivery of ServiceNow HRSD solutions Stay updated on the latest developments and best practices of ServiceNow HRSD and other related technologies
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE/SKILLS: ** Must be local or willing to relocate for this position - requires to be onsite 1 day a week** REQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS: ServiceNow Certified Application Developer and ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist - HR certifications are REQUIRED 5 years of experience in ServiceNow development, configuration, and administration, with at least 2 year of experience in ServiceNow HRSD Expert in ServiceNow Studio, Scripting, REST APIs, and other ServiceNow development tools and methods Expert in developing and maintaining integrations between ServiceNow and other HR systems and applications using MID Server, Web Services, JDBC, and other methods Expert in working with ServiceNow HRSD scoped applications, such as Case and Knowledge Management, Employee Service Center, Enterprise Onboarding and Transitions, and HR Performance Analytics Experience in leading and managing ServiceNow HRSD projects and teams using Agile methodology and tools such as Jira, Git, and Jenkins Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills EDUCATION: Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
