```Duties```
- Provide exceptional customer service to all customers
- Assist customers with their wireless technology needs
- Demonstrate product knowledge and educate customers on available options
- Conduct sales transactions and handle cash transactions accurately
- Upsell and cross-sell products and services to maximize sales opportunities
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment

```Experience```
- Previous experience in wireless sales or technology sales preferred
- Multilingual skills, particularly in English, are a plus
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Ability to perform basic math calculations for cash handling and retail math
