    • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
    • Leverage assessment techniques in the coaching process
    • Ability to function independently as well as be a team player across all departmental boundaries throughout the organization.
    • Manage multiple objectives, projects, groups and/or activities, making effective decisions and prioritizing each to achieve desired results and meet deadlines.
    • Exemplify the desired culture and philosophies of the organization.
    REQUIREMENTS:
    • High school diploma or equivalent
    • Experience in retail sales and customer service
    • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
    • Highly organized, multitask skills and attention to detail are a must.
    • Strong verbal and communication skills.
    • Ability to be resourceful and proactive in dealing with issues that may arise.
    • Available for a flexible retail work schedule that includes evenings, weekends and holidays.
    • 5 years demonstrated experience coaching individuals and teams.
    • Must be able to frequently travel.
