- Maintain company uniform standards, including branded clothing, non-slip shoes, and black or khaki pants/shorts.
- Adhere to all safety and detailing policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with industry best practices.
- Provide superior detailing experiences to every customer, attentively listening to and addressing client concerns.
- Complete all services according to the strict quality standards of On the Spot, utilizing only company-approved techniques, chemicals, tools, and equipment.
- Continuously assess and offer additional services based on clients' vehicle needs and usage.
- Carry out thorough inspections of customer vehicles before service, evaluating for pre-existing damages and photographing all concerns/items addressed.
Skills and Qualifications:- No prior experience needed - we will train the right candidate!
- Able to bend, sit, and stand for extended periods, comfortable in an assembly line style environment.
