We are seeking a hard-working Mold Maker for our growing business. Our Mold Maker will play a crucial role in our production process. This position is primarily setting up fixtures for machining operations while following safety protocols. This person's expertise will directly impact the quality and efficiency of our manufacturing operations.

Essential Functions/Responsibilities:

• Be able to square stock
• Profile cavity blocks on milling machines
• Be competent with surface grinders, milling machines, lathes and CNC machining.
• Be able to fix and repair molds from production

Required Skills/Abilities:

· Strong mathematical skills

· Strong communications skills and collaborate with a team

· Knowledge of manual milling machines

Education and Experience:

· Diploma or equivalent
· Four-year apprenticeship or same equivalent experience in a mold shop required

Physical Requirements:

· Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds

Pay: $30.00 - $45.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
