Citibank, N.A. seeks a Model/Analysis/Validation Sr Analyst for its Tampa, Florida location.

Duties: Review, assess, and communicate changes in the risk profile of the firm using internal stress testing metrics, as well as other enterprise-wide risk metrics. Conduct extensive analysis on data to construct and operate attribution models to identify potential issues with data. Coordinate with other peers within the firm to investigate, perform root cause analysis, and develop solutions to improve quality of data and models whenever an issue is identified. Maintain a dialogue with the respective risk manager and risk pool owners to understand changes in the risk profile of the firm; or analyze the impact of policy or scenario changes on the risk metrics under scope. Participate in the implementation of sophisticated financial models and testing in UAT and live operating environment within the organization. Assist internal businesses and risk pools in the ongoing management of their risk metrics under scope. A telecommuting/hybrid work schedule may be permitted within a commutable distance from the worksite, in accordance with Citi policies and protocols.

Requirements: Requires a Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, or related quantitative field and 3 years of experience as a Credit Risk Analyst or related position involving Risk Management within the financial services industry. Experience must include: Interpreting results of mathematical models from statistical distributions and simulations; Financial Statement/Peer Analysis; Reviewing and communicating results of analytical reviews to audiences and users; Investigating and performing root cause analysis to develop solutions that improve quality of data and models; R/Python; Tableau, PowerBI, or MicroStrategy.
