Albion College invites applications for The Art and Art History Department. Albion College is hiring models for the Spring 2024 figure drawing class. Models will be expected to hold poses for students from 30 seconds to 20 minutes per pose. This work is performed under the supervision of the instructor of record. The model must be able to work with the instructor, be punctual, and record hours after each working session. Classes will meet on Mondays and Wednesdays from 7:00 pm – 10:00 pm. Albion College is an anti-racist institution. The person in this position will actively promote diversity, belonging and equity in all of their interactions with others on campus, especially historically marginalized students, faculty, and staff (e.g., those who are historically marginalized, first-generation, undocumented and DACA, LGBTQIA , BIPOC).

FLSA Classification: Hourly / Non-Exempt
Employment Status: At-Will

• At least 18 years old
• Prior modeling experience in an academic setting is preferred
• Must be comfortable posing clothed or nude
