Position Description: Cardiac Monitor Technician

Positions details:

• Location: Mease Countryside Hospital - 3231 N McMullen-Booth Road, Safety Harbor FL 34695
• Status: Full Time
• Shift: 6:45am – 7:15pm (Days)
• Every other weekend requirement
• On Call: No
• Always in person
• Full Time, Exempt: No

Qualifications:

Required Experience:

• High School Diploma or equivalent (GED)

Required Certification:

• None

Preferred:

• Technical - Electrocardiography (EKG)

The Cardiac Monitor Technician –responsibilities and skills: Identify basic normal rhythms/dysrhythmias and lethal arrhythmia's, reporting these findings to the appropriate personnel and labeling and mounting rhythm strips.
