The Lima Family YMCA located in Lima, OH is seeking Wellness Center Monitors to join our team.
We are looking for applicants that are available to work the following shifts:
GENERAL FUNCTION:
The Fitness Center Monitor is responsible for guiding exercisers through the YMCA fitness center as well as the safety and cleanliness of equipment in the weight room and fitness center. Cleaning duties are as listed on the cleaning sheet in the fitness center and as assigned by the supervisor. The role of the monitor is to welcome and assist members in using equipment, providing personalized attention, support, and motivation when needed. The monitor should check equipment for safety. The monitor should also provide education, instruction and engagement that will lead to member retention and involvement.

Current CPR and First Aid must be obtained within 30 days of employment
