Beach Attendants

Holderness Recreation is hiring beach attendants for the Livermore Town Beach on Squam Lake in Holderness NH. The beach is open from mid-June – Labor Day from 10am – 5pm. Preferred candidates will be 16yrs or older, CPR and First Aid certified or willing to become certified. The attendant plays a key role in the operation of the beach by interacting directly with the patrons. Preferred candidates will be outgoing, friendly, responsible, and self-motivated. We are looking for people to work part time or full time for the summer and can offer some flexibility with the schedule. Whether you are a Senior in High School or Senior in life please apply.

Position hours are 10am - 5pm

Position dates are Mid June through Labor Day

Position location is Livermore Town Beach, 36 Dirt Rd, Holderness, NH 03245

Sample Responsibilities:

• Greet patrons warmly and check Beach passes.
• Notify Recreation Director of any incidents / accidents at the beach
• Complete incident / accident forms and turn in to Recreation Director
• Notify Rec. Dir. of any supplies needed.
• Check beach passes for beach goers and instruct those that need a pass to go to Town Hall
• Make First Aid kit available to those who need it.
• Must be able to explain and enforce the rules of the beach with clarity, pride and consistency
• Perform other related duties as required
• Position is open until filled.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $10.00 - $14.50 per hour
