Are you ready to plunge into new depths with Morgan? We're on the lookout for vibrant and dedicated individuals to join our team as part-time, seasonal Pool Attendants. Be a crucial part of creating a vibrant and enjoyable atmosphere for our community members!

What We'll Expect From You:

• Maintain the cleanliness and ambiance of our pool areas, setting up pool events, and ensuring residents have a fantastic experience.
• Interact with our fantastic community, treat residents with respect and courtesy, and be the friendly face that makes their poolside moments memorable.
• Ensuring adherence to pool regulations set by management.
• Promptly notifying management of any potential issues, or necessary repairs.
• Verifying the required identification for pool entry to ensure compliance.
• Facilitating residents' compliance by maintaining records of signed pool rules and agreements.

Requirements for a SPLASHING success: 

• Candidates must be 18 years of age or older.
• CPR Certification is mandatory. Morgan Properties will reimburse for certifications obtained in 2024 (with receipt). 
• CPR must be issued after September 2023 and must remain valid until at least September 2024. Certification must cover Adult, Infant or Child or Pediatric CPR.
• Online CPR certification is not acceptable.
• A proven track record of reliability and excellent job performance is essential.
• Candidates must have reliable transportation.
• A flexible schedule is required to accommodate weekend and holiday shifts.
• Successful candidates will undergo a background check and drug test as part of the hiring process.
• Pay Rate: starting at $17/hr.

If you are hired at Morgan Properties, your overall compensation package will also be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, and/or experience which may result in total compensation outside of this range.
