Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced individual to join our team as a Closer. As a Closer, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation and closure of our facility. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently. Duties:
- Close the facility at the end of the day, ensuring all areas are clean and secure
- Perform final checks to ensure all equipment is turned off and properly stored
- Secure all doors and windows
- Set alarms and activate security systems
- Conduct a final walkthrough to ensure all areas are tidy and ready for the next day
- Communicate any maintenance or security concerns to the appropriate personnel
- Complete closing reports as required

- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to pass a background check

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $10.00 - $12.00 per hour
