The Collection Manager position is a full-time opportunity offering a family atmosphere, great pay ($40,000 - $45,000 includes bonus opportunity) as well as future growth potential. We also offer affordable benefits with a 401k, paid holidays and we are closed on Sundays.

Collection Manager Position Summary

In the Collection Manager position, we are looking for candidates who are dedicated, flexible, task-oriented, and self-driven. This role involves meeting weekly goals and continually enhancing the customer and company’s relationship.

A Collections Manager will be expected to help customers stay current with their agreed-upon payment plans, helping them obtain product ownership and increase customer satisfaction.

Requirements / Responsibilities:

• Recognize and create opportunities to renew customer agreements
• Handle field collections and de-installations
• Contact customers by phone whose agreements have expired
• Demonstrate diligence, urgency, impartiality, and consistency regarding accounts
• Contact references and employment to verify the legitimacy
• Strong verbal communication skills
• Strong computer skills
• Complete 25 calls per hour

Other Requirements:

• Valid state driver's license
• Flexible work schedule
• Lifting and exerting up to 40lbs
• Bilingual is a plus
