Mortgage Collection Manager jobs in Anderson, IN

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Intake and processing of appraisal orders.
• Appraisal request and assignment from approved lists using proper rotation.
• Process credit card payments.
• Monitor appraisal pipeline.
• Request appraisal revisions when necessary.
• Update status and in changes in the report due date in the proper location is the LOS(s).
• Monitor milestones, request status updates, and complete follow-up with Appraisers to ensure timely product delivery.
• Maintain relationships with vendors, colleagues, and branches.
• Communicate with Underwriters and Appraisers in a professional and informed manner.
• Process completed appraisals including SSR/LEAP, completing LOS data entry, debt monitoring.
• Processes AIR letters.
• Complete email delivery to the borrower(s).
• Maintain strategies to effectively incorporate changes into the appraisal review process.
• Other duties as assigned by management.

Knowledge and Skill Requirements:

• Ability to communicate effectively and professionally.
• Excellent time management and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient computer skills.
• Strong experience in customer service.

Education and Experience:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
