  • The GREAT STATE TEAM is seeking a Client Implementation Project Manager to join our team! The Client Implementation Project Manager will own the planning and execution of the portfolio of new client implementation projects according to business requirements, rules, deadlines and budget. This includes acquiring resources and coordinating the efforts of team members to meet project deliverables and deadlines according to the Statement of Work (SOW) and project plan. The Lead Project Manager will also define the project’s objectives and oversee quality control throughout its life cycle.

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Work as the key point of contact with clients and internal stakeholders in managing large portfolio projects.
    • Employ a strong blend of technical and operational skills, leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
    • Plan, track and schedule project timelines, milestones and deliverables and hold project team accountable for meeting agreed upon deadlines.
    • Find creative ways to improve processes and establish work standards that drive operational efficiency and client profitability.
    • Drive teams to think innovatively and work cooperatively to deliver excellent solutions.
    • Demonstrate the ability to think critically, learn continuously, ask questions, and validate data to ensure conformance to work standards.


    Implementation:

    • Manage a portfolio of complex initiatives that span one or multiple lines of business through the full project life cycle from initiation to implementation.
    • Effectively communicate progress reports, proposals, documentation and presentations to team members and stakeholders
    • Delegate tasks and responsibilities to appropriate personnel
      • Initiate tickets for project tasks within our online ticketing system and follow-up on progress made to ensure target deadlines are met and open questions are directed to the appropriate personnel to keep project on task.
      • Update tickets with updates and new information obtained throughout the project.
    • Prepare meeting agendas and meeting minutes for both internal and client facing meetings.
    • Maintain a strong understanding of the project scope. Identify and communicate potential issues or concerns within the project team and stakeholders and devise contingency plans.
    • Create end-to-end testing documents, build testing scenarios according to workflow and facilitate end-to-end testing meetings with internal and external technical teams. See identified issues through to resolution.
    • Conduct project postmortems to identify areas of opportunities that is built into current practices and procedures. See identified improvements through completion.
    • Other duties as assigned

    Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

    • Graduation from accredited college or university in the field of Business or similar discipline
    • 3 years direct work experience in a project management capacity, including process development and execution
    • Familiar with Accounts Receivables and the Credit & Collection industry, especially Healthcare
    • Technically competent with various software programs, such as Microsoft Office and Project, Artiva Healthcare and Epic
    • Experience at working both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative, high-pressure environment is essential
    • Can conform to shifting priorities, demands and timelines through analytical and problem-solving capabilities
    • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to elicit cooperation from a wide variety of sources, including clients and other departments
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills
    • Adept at conducting research into project-related issues and products/services
