Mortgage Collection Supervisor supervises a team of collectors who limit collection portfolio losses and delinquencies. Maintains documentation on past-due accounts. Position is Monday through Friday 8 am to 5 pm with ability to work additional hours as needed.
Incumbent can be located anywhere within the Arvest 4 State Footprint (AR, KS, MO, OK). Remote work options may be available outside of the 4 State Footprint upon further review during the interview process.

Summary:
SUMMARY : The Mortgage Servicing Supervisor is responsible for the daily supervision and operation of assigned servicing area(s). The incumbent insures compliance with government/investor/insurer regulations and other servicing related guidelines, as well as, timeliness and accuracy of the process to ensure minimal risk and loss exposure. Additionally, the Mortgage Servicing Supervisor examines department processes to identify opportunities for improved efficiencies. The Mortgage Servicing Supervisor must set department goals, implement policies and procedures, and remain current on new technology and market trends related to Mortgage Servicing.

Directly supervises 2 or more FTE’s as assigned by the Manager. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Ensure direct reports have completed required compliance training and are adhering to all internal procedures and controls as it relates to bank policy, laws, regulations and Arvest’s BSA/AML Program. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, appraising performance, rewarding, and disciplining associates. The incumbent has the authority and the appropriate influence to make recommendations regarding hiring, firing, advancement, promotion, or any other change of status of other associates within the guidelines of the bank’s procedures and guidelines for such change of status events. The incumbent provides training, planning, assigning, and directing work assignments and schedules; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
