We are looking for a part-time DNA Collector to collect DNA on inmates at SCI Huntingdon and USP Allenwood. The collector will be observing DNA cheek swab collections and completing a chain of custody intended for paternity establishment. The ideal candidate would have very high attention to detail and be comfortable working in a prison setting.
You must be able to obtain clearance at each jail facility. All appointments must be scheduled by the collector with the jail directly. We give the collector 30 days to complete a request. Collection requests vary from month to month. It typically takes about 1 hour to collect DNA on an inmate.
