The Collections Support Specialist is responsible for performing credit and collections tasks and special projects. The Collections Support Specialist will perform a wide variety of administrative, organizational, and communicative tasks. The Collections Support Specialist shall work under the direct supervision of the Director – Corporate Credit. The Collections Support Specialist will be trained to follow appropriate collection techniques, how to create and run reports and the correct follow-up for delinquent accounts.
