Qualifications, Experience, and Skills- High School Diploma or GED
- Industry, or job-specific skills acquired through an Apprenticeship
- Working Knowledge of State and Federal Collection Laws and Procedures
- Technical knowledge and skills required:
- Computer Skills: Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Reasoning ability to solve problems
- Member Service and Communication Skills
- Negotiation skills
- Strong Organizational Skills with the Ability to multi-task
