Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients to increase sales growth
• Assess client needs and develop customized solutions utilizing the company’s products and services
• Develop a list of Lender, Realtors, Financial Advisors, etc. to call with the goal of 50 calls per day
• Schedule face to face coffee appointments, lunches, and happy hours with agents, bankers, and other professionals with a goal of 10-15 face-to-face meetings per week
• Compose personalized messages for special occasions and send cards for thank-yous, birthdays, congratulations, etc. (including gifts and pop-bys, when appropriate
• Update status of the loan file to agents and borrowers through the weekly “Just Ask” call for the company
• Update current information for all leads to teams by continuously revising the client database

Qualifications

• 3 years of sales experience is strongly preferred
• 3 years of mortgage and/or Real Estate Industry experience strongly preferred
• Strong time management skills, communication skills, both written and verbal, and interpersonal skills
• Reliable transportation is required in order to attend client meetings
• Understanding of the sales process and how to enter information into client databases
