Gathers necessary credit, income, and tax information to conduct financial assessments. Being a Mortgage Credit Analyst reviews and verifies property appraisals, collateral value, and key indicators such as debt-to-income and loan-to-value ratios. Prepares a detailed credit analysis and summary using underwriting guidelines, risk assessment frameworks, and following applicable regulatory compliance. Additionally, Mortgage Credit Analyst may require a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. The Mortgage Credit Analyst work is closely managed. PRIMARY OBJECTIVE OF POSITION
Provide quality service, administer lobby reception area, greet members/applicants, answer phones, address mortgage inquiries, sort and distribute mail and indirect applications. Order and maintain branch supplies.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Frequent viewing of computer monitors, and writs/hand movement is inherent to the job, restricting to workstation for extended periods of time, standing or sitting. Vision abilities required by this job include close vision for frequent viewing of computer monitor, review of documents and greeting members. The ability to lift 25 lbs., ability to bend, stoop, and reach overhead required. Communication abilities required by the job includes clarity in speech and hearing for effective staff/member interaction
