Mortgage Credit Analyst jobs in Tucson, AZ

Mortgage Credit Analyst assesses the risk and creditworthiness of loan applicants and recommends loan approval, terms, or application denial. Gathers necessary credit, income, and tax information to conduct financial assessments. Being a Mortgage Credit Analyst reviews and verifies property appraisals, collateral value, and key indicators such as debt-to-income and loan-to-value ratios. Prepares a detailed credit analysis and summary using underwriting guidelines, risk assessment frameworks, and following applicable regulatory compliance. Additionally, Mortgage Credit Analyst may require a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. The Mortgage Credit Analyst work is closely managed.     Credit Analyst (m/w/d)

    Deine Aufgaben
    • Du bist verantwortlich für die Überprüfung von Kreditanträgen und Durchführung von Bonitätsprüfungen
    • Du ermittelst die Risiken der Transaktionen
    • Du erarbeitest Empfehlungen für Entscheidungsgremien und überwachst diverse Engagements
    • Du betreust notleidende Kunden und bist allgemeine:r Ansprechpartner:in für unsere Stakeholder: Kunden, Steuerberater, Banken
    • Du triffst Entscheidungen über Annahme und/oder Gestaltung von Absicherungen.
    • Zusätzlich erfolgt eine enge Zusammenarbeit mit unserem Vertrieb.
    Deine Skills
    • Du verfügst über eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, bevorzugt bei einem Finanzierungsinstitut und idealerweise ergänzt um ein Studium
    • Du hast bereits Berufserfahrung in vergleichbarer Position gesammelt und verfügst mindestens über Grundkenntnisse im Bereich Leasing und Finanzierung
    • Du zeigst Flexibilität und hast ein ausgeprägtes Dienstleistungsverständnis
    • Du magst eigenständiges Arbeiten
    • Du verfügst über sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und Durchsetzungsvermögen
    • Du kannst Prioritäten erkennen und bearbeiten
    • Es ist dir wichtig, dich fachlich und persönlich weiterzuentwickeln
    • Der Umgang mit MS-Office ist für dich selbstverständlich
    • Sehr gute Deutsch- sowie Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
