Job Responsibilities

Our goal is to perform post-close functions for all real estate including both secondary market loans and in-house loans and provide information for investor purchase of loans.

• Arrive each day full of energy and ready to provide unsurpassed customer service to our members while maintaining our tradition of community trust.
• Prepare pre-funding reviews as required by internal audit.
• Review and submit all closed loan packages to the investor within the designated time period and submit all trailing documents.
• Backup mortgage loan processing both in-house and secondary market in all essential functions of preparing documents, verifying information, funding loans and disbursing funds.
• Maintain the integrity of the member relationship management solution and sales program by accurately recording and tracking member encounters.
• You are goal-oriented and always learning and improving. You take pride in being the face of FCCU and projecting a positive image to our current and prospective members alike!

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• Experience with loan origination systems or banking systems preferred.
• Ability to operate a computer, telephone and other office equipment
• Competitive team player, with a positive attitude willing to learn and adapt to change
• Ability to communication, both written and verbal
• Detail-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced member service environment
