Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Lead Teller/ Frontline Supervisor to join our team. The Lead Teller/Frontline Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the teller line, ensuring excellent member service, and managing daily operations within the Credit Union.
Duties:
- Supervise and support Frontline staff in processing transactions accurately and efficiently
- Provide guidance and training to tellers on cash handling procedures
- Monitor vault cash levels and ATM balances
- Resolve member inquiries and issues promptly
- Promote financial products and services to members
- Conduct end-of-day balancing procedures
- Assist with operational tasks such as opening and closing procedures
Qualifications:
- Experience in a banking/Credit Union environment with a focus on cash handling and customer service
- Proficiency in math and attention to detail
- Knowledge of debits, credits, and cash management
- Familiarity with fraud prevention and detection techniques
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Prior experience in sales or upselling financial services is a plus
