Makes recommendations for process improvement. Additionally, Mortgage Credit Supervisor requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. The Mortgage Credit Supervisor supervises a small group of para-professional staff in an organization characterized by highly transactional or repetitive processes. Contributes to the development of processes and procedures. Thorough knowledge of functional area under supervision. Summary
Performs a variety of operational duties related to mortgage loans in compliance with Credit Union policies, procedures and related laws and regulations. Acts as a liaison between Credit Union and Secondary Marketing Partners. Performs mortgage payments, escrow account maintenance, investor reporting and loan quality control reviews.

Education/Experience
High school diploma or equivalent. Minimum five years mortgage servicing experience, with investor delivery knowledge of FNMA, required.
