Makes recommendations for process improvement. Additionally, Mortgage Credit Supervisor requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. The Mortgage Credit Supervisor supervises a small group of para-professional staff in an organization characterized by highly transactional or repetitive processes. Contributes to the development of processes and procedures. Thorough knowledge of functional area under supervision.     Position Overview: 
     
    Provide high-level support including heavy calendar management, successful coordination of business meetings and daily tasks. This role will provide resolution of administrative needs, prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously. 
     
    Job Responsibilities: 
    • Manage calendar, schedule variety of business meetings.
    • Handle incoming and outgoing phone and electronic communications for LO.
    • Arranging travel and reservations, as needed.
    • Create well-organized, grammatically correct memos and emails.
    • Assist with special events planning.
    • Use various software applications such as spreadsheets and relational databases to keep the rest of the team informed.
    • Handle any gifting programs.
    • Manage and maintain all marketing plans.
    • Additional daily tasks as needed.
    Qualifications and Skills: 
    • 1-3 years’ experience as an executive administrative assistant in a management level setting, preferred.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
    • Previous mortgage experience preferred not required.
    • Excellent communication skills.
    Pay Range: 
    • $20.00-24.00
