Mortgage Development Manager manages a team of mortgage lending specialists in developing customer relationships, promoting mortgage loan products, and attaining volume and profit goals. Ensures that application processing follows state, federal, and organizational policies and guidelines and that customers have accurate loan information and guidance about product options. Being a Mortgage Development Manager conducts team training on company products and services. Coaches team members to promote a sales culture, improve selling techniques, and meet goals. Additionally, Mortgage Development Manager monitors trends and developments in the real estate markets and changes to private and government-insured mortgages. Maintains relationships with a network of realtors, attorneys, CPAs, and other contacts to obtain referrals and facilitate the lending process. May require a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a head of a unit/department. The Mortgage Development Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. To be a Mortgage Development Manager typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1 - 3 years supervisory experience may be required.     Tobosa Developmental Services is seeking a Community Access Manager to lead Tobosa’s Direct Support Professionals in our Day Hab setting. This Manager will ensure the provision of quality services to people supported by Tobosa in the Community-based program. Building mutually productive relationships with people supported by Tobosa, family members, staff, co-workers, and other professionals is a key function of this position.

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

    I. Oversee the implementation of and monitor the delivery and quality of services:

    1. Review records and documentation and directly observe service provision to ensure that:

    a. Services provided are person-centered and support individual choice, personal dignity, participant rights, and health and safety.

    b. ISP goals are tracked on an ongoing basis.

    c. Required paperwork is accurate, complete, performed in a timely manner, and maintained appropriately, i.e. action plans, quarterlies, quick tips, individual inventories, meeting follow-up.

    d. Services are provided in a flexible, timely, and ongoing manner.

    e. State and federal billing, service documentation, and other procedural requirements are met, i.e., activity logs submitted in a timely manner.

    2. Support staff and take prompt corrective action to ensure delivery and quality of services.

    3. Be available on-call during specified periods to troubleshoot issues with staff on duty.

    II. Mentor, supervise, and lead designated staff.

    1. Provide input into hiring new employees.

    2. Facilitate program orientation and on-site training for new staff.

    3. Support staff in carrying out program goals and objectives.

    4. Provide and support the professional development of all staff that relevant, concrete, and enhances professionalism.

    5. Provide individual and group supervision that is regular, strengths-based, solution-focused, and collaborative in nature.

    6. Respond quickly and effectively to staff concerns.

    7. Implement regular evaluations for staff according to agency policy and provide constructive feedback about their performance.

    8. Facilitate staff meetings on a regular basis.

    9. Recommend and implement progressive discipline procedures, including discharge, when necessary.

    III. Plan and develop program services, policies and procedures that meet funding source requirements, are consistent with program philosophy, and support the agency’s mission.

    1. Work with the Director of Program Support to implement a plan for ongoing program evaluation.

    2. Continuously maintain up-to-date knowledge of ISP regulations and community-based definitions to assure appropriate policy changes and practice applications.

    3. Maintain appropriate records and complete necessary reports to fulfill contractual, accreditation, and regulatory requirements.

    IV. Perform other administrative functions.

    1. Provide ongoing feedback to the Director of Program Support regarding program operations, developments, issues, staffing, and direction.

    2. Maintain cost efficiency in Community-based Program.

    3. Undertake ongoing efforts to maintain and build professional competencies.

    Job Type: Full-time

    Salary: $30,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
