```Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Loan Officer to join our team. As a Loan Officer, you will be responsible for assisting clients in obtaining loans for various purposes. Responsibilities:
- Conduct credit analysis to determine the eligibility of loan applicants
- Assist clients with the loan origination process, including gathering necessary documentation and completing loan applications
- Evaluate loan applications and make recommendations based on financial analysis
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients throughout the loan process
- Collaborate with underwriters and other team members to ensure timely and accurate loan processing
- Maintain knowledge of current lending regulations and industry trends
- Utilize Quicken or similar software to track and manage loans
- Perform basic math calculations and utilize 10-key typing skills for accurate data entry
- Manage escrow accounts and ensure timely payment of taxes and insurance premiums
- Assist with mortgage servicing activities as needed

Qualifications:

- Must be registered with NMLS
- Proven experience as a Loan Officer or similar role
- Strong knowledge of loan origination processes and procedures
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to assess creditworthiness of applicants
- Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients
- Proficient in using Quicken or similar software for loan management
- Ability to perform basic math calculations accurately
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
