Key Responsibilities:

Prospecting and Relationship Building:

• Utilize effective communication and interpersonal skills to establish and nurture relationships with realtors, builders, past clients, and referral partners.
• Actively seek and generate leads to expand the customer base

Loan Application Process:

• Gather necessary documentation efficiently to facilitate the loan application process.
• Work closely with customers to ensure a clear understanding of required information and documentation.
• Provide timely updates to customers on the status of their loan applications

Collaboration and Support:

• Collaborate with internal teams, including management, underwriting, and processors, to ensure a smooth and efficient loan approval process.
• Address and clear stipulations as needed, demonstrating a proactive approach to resolving issues.

Customer Relationship Management:

• Maintain strong and positive relationships with customers throughout the loan process.
• Provide excellent customer service and address any inquiries or concerns promptly.

Reporting and Accountability:

• Regularly report on progress to the Team Leader, ensuring transparency and accountability.
• Meet and exceed performance targets outlined in the competitive base commission plus tiered-incentive plan.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Mortgage Loan Officer or in a similar role.
• Knowledge of mortgage lending practices, regulations, and guidelines.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year

Compensation package:

• Loan Origination: 2 years (Required)
• Sales or Customer service: 2 years (Required)
