Duties:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Loan Officer Assistant. Your responsibilities will include:

• Organize and maintain client’s files
• Create and maintain monthly reports of new referrals, clients, and files
• Enter client’s demographic data in software accurately
• Sort documents and upload them in correct files/loans
• Assist with creating new marketing materials
• Work on special projects as necessary
• Assist with internal incoming emails and sort them accordingly
• Keep up with contract deadlines and compliance deadlines
• Perform other administrative duties as needed

Skills:

To be successful in this role, you should possess the following skills:

• Bilingual
• Attention to detail
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient in technology, i.e. video editing
• Proficient in computer applications, such as Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and Powerpoint
• Excellent organizational skills
• Excellent time management skills and multitasking skills

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
