As a Loan Officer, you will be responsible for assisting clients in obtaining loans and mortgages, while providing exceptional customer service. Duties:
- Evaluate loan applications and determine the eligibility of applicants
- Collect and analyze financial information to assess creditworthiness
- Advise clients on loan options and guide them through the application process
- Prepare loan documentation and ensure accuracy and completeness
- Collaborate with underwriters, appraisers, and other professionals to facilitate loan approval
- Maintain knowledge of current lending regulations and industry trends
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, real estate agents, and other referral sources
- Meet sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the lending team

Experience:
- Proven experience as a Loan Officer or similar role in a bank or financial institution
- Strong mathematical skills, including proficiency in 10-key typing
- Knowledge of accounting software and loan processing systems
- Ability to analyze financial data and make informed decisions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation skills to secure favorable loan terms for clients
- Familiarity with mortgage servicing processes is preferred
- Sales experience is a plus

Pay: $50,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
