Mortgage Loan Processing Supervisor jobs in Dallas, TX

CountryPlace Mortgage is a nationwide personal property and mortgage lender. We are looking for a Residential Mortgage Processing Supervisor to join our loan production team in our Plano, TX office. This role plays a crucial part in our growing production unit analyzing loan applications for the appropriate credit decision adhering to investor guidelines.

 As a Residential Mortgage Processing Supervisor at CountryPlace Mortgage Ltd., you will collaborate with Loan Originators, Loan Processors, Underwriting, Compliance team and other essential departments.  Manage the mortgage processing department for optimal output and accuracy.  You will assist in contributing to the continuous improvement of processes with a focus on our borrowers and retail partners.

• Complete processing authority up to and including closing /funding of residential mortgages– FNMA, FHA and Conventional loans
• Analyze and evaluate all aspects of borrower credit, employment, income and asset profile ensuring that all bank, investor and regulatory standards are met prior to underwriting submission
• Review title commitment, appraisal and validate required disclosures meet investor guidelines and standards
• Review and clear all processing loan conditions
• Comprehensive understanding of investor requirements relating to Manufactured Housing
• Use independent discretion and judgment to make final decision on loan processing activities
• Collaborate with the compliance team to maintain compliance policies in accordance with industry regulations
• Maintain a company policy and procedures manual
• Ad hoc projects as requested
• Take and active role by making recommendations for continuous process improvement
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy within a fast paced environment

• Required processing experience with a HUD direct endorser and Ginnie Mae mortgage-backed issuer
• BA/BS degree required
• 3 years of FHA, FNMA and Conventional loan processing experience
• Strong writing skills with expertise in proper English grammar, spelling, and punctuation
• Manufactured Housing industry experience a plus
• Experience with VA, Freddie, USDA a plus

$70,000 annual salary bonus
