Mortgage Loan Processing Supervisor jobs in Saint Cloud, MN

Come join the growing team at Great River Federal Credit Union! We are an innovative credit union looking to add a Mortgage Loan Officer to our team! This position will be located in-office in either our St. Cloud, MN or Waite Park, MN branch. We are willing to train for this position to add the right person to our team.

A key element of this position is to identify the financial needs of our members and recommend appropriate credit union solutions. In addition, within authorized authority, and in accordance with sound lending practices, works directly with members to determine the nature of their borrowing needs and helps to fulfill credit requests.

• Examines, evaluates, and originates borrower's applications for credit.
• Fully understands mortgage related regulations, loan policies and procedures as set forth by the credit union and regulatory agencies.
• Recognizes, recommends and cross-sell financial programs or products to members as appropriate.
• Excellent communication and relationship building skills are essential.
• Competent knowledge and use of computer programs such as lending software, Microsoft office suite, and other lending applications is required.

The individual must show strong initiative and be highly self-motivated, and have a positive attitude towards members and credit union staff. They must be professional in appearance and demeanor, possess strong oral and written communication skills, and represent the credit union in a positive manner.
