**Mortgage Loan Processing experience required**

The successful candidate will be responsible for processing loan applications, verifying and analyzing customer information, and ensuring that all loan documents are accurate and complete. The ideal candidate should have excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare loan documents for review and approval.
• Verify accuracy of loan documents and data entry.
• Ensure all loan documents are complete and accurate.
• Process loan applications in a timely manner.
• Maintain client files in accordance with office procedures.
• Review client conditions, and work with lenders to assist in clearing

Qualifications:

• MORTGAGE PROCESSING EXPIERENCE IS REQUIRED
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule and meet demands of the workload, including special events during weekend and holidays.
• Ability to work autonomously or with little supervision and direction.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (e.g., excel, word and outlook).
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Well organized and able to handle pressure.
• Excellent time management skills.
• Willing to learn new software's and collaborate with a team.
