Mortgage Loan Processor jobs in Tucson, AZ

Responsibilities:
- Review loan applications and ensure all required documents are included
- Verify applicant information and documentation for accuracy and completeness
- Setting up files for processor; request verifications of employment, mortgage, rent, etc.
- Communicate with borrowers, lenders, and other parties involved in the loan process
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of loan transactions

MUST FEEL COMFORTABLE MAKING OUTBOUND SALES CALLS

Experience:
- Previous experience as a loan processor assistant or in a similar role is preferred
- Familiarity with loan processing software and systems
- Strong attention to detail and ability to perform basic math calculations
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

** Must be bilingual in Spanish**

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $36,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
