Qualifications
• NMLS Licenses: Active NMLS license is required
• Experience: A proven track record as an established Loan Officer with an existing book of business is essential
• Product Knowledge: Thorough understanding of various mortgage products, rates, and lending criteria
• Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills are necessary to interact effectively with clients and team members
• Networking Abilities: Demonstrated ability to build and maintain professional relationships within the mortgage and real estate industry
• Ethical Conduct: Maintain the highest standards of professionalism, ethics, and integrity in all interactions
Responsibilities
• As a Loan Officer, you will leverage your existing book of business and network to originate and facilitate mortgage transactions for clients seeking to purchase or refinance their homes
• We provide full support from our managerial and processing staff to ensure a seamless transaction process for both you and your clients
• Client Relationship Management: Utilize your existing book of business and network to generate leads and referrals
• Consult with clients to understand their mortgage needs and financial goals
• Provide expert advice on mortgage products, interest rates, and repayment options
• Maintain strong relationships with clients throughout the mortgage process and beyond
Benefits
• Compensation: This position offers a commission-based compensation structure, providing you the opportunity to earn based on your performance
• Pay: $120,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
