    We are currently seeking applicants for Mortgage Loan Processor-Bilingual.
    Qualified Candidates will be responsible for:
    • Maintaining open communication with loan officers, attorneys, insurance agencies, etc. to ensure proper and timely processing of mortgage files
    • Ordering preliminary title and appraisal reports
    • Requesting borrower information needed for underwriter evaluation
    • Organizing information for loan files and ensure information is in the correct order for underwriters
    • Tracking the progress of each loan in process and obtain any addition information needed for underwriter evaluation
    • Complying with all Federal regulations concerning secondary market mortgage lending
    Candidates must also have knowledge in:
    • Bank’s secondary market policies and procedures
    • Other bank policies and procedures as they apply to the secondary market lending function
    • Loan platforms utilized by the secondary market department
    • Federal regulations concerning secondary market mortgage lending
    • Investors’ guidelines
    A high school diploma or GED is required along with working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and email software and use of the Internet. One year of banking experience, including loan processing or loan operations and customer service is strongly desired
