Mortgage Loan Servicing Clerk jobs in Altus, OK

We are looking for a team member who will provide administrative support to the loan department, assist members with their loan documents and maintain loan files. Other responsibilities include:

• Completes all member loan files. Corresponds with members/customers to procure needed documentation, titles, dealer drafts, etc.
• Provides administrative support to the loan department. Corresponds with members by various communication resources.
• Audits all loan files for correctness and completion. Helps track collateral insurance and lien filings. Files liens and UCC’s, process paid out loans and letters to members, performs follow-up on loans with missing or incomplete documentation, maintains all loan and share files in the file room in good order, types correspondence, reports, etc. as needed for department, works with credit bureau(s) as needed and files all papers with appropriate agencies and within the credit union.
• Approves loans for members under the underwriting guidelines in the current loan policy.
• Cross-sells credit union services.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour
