Reconciles additions and disbursements of escrow accounts, processes payoffs, and reviews documents for accuracy and completeness. Being a Mortgage Loan Servicing Clerk requires a high school diploma or its equivalent. Typically reports to a supervisor. Summary:
SUMMARY: Under the supervision of the Servicing Supervisor, Equipment Finance Servicing Specialist’s primary accountability is to process incoming applications, assist customers, vendors, and/or staff with customer service-related tasks, as well as manage document imaging. The Equipment Finance Servicing Specialist will act as a liaison to customers and other departmental staff to include AEF personnel and other Arvest Bank personnel. The incumbent will be required to maintain confidentiality in all job aspects as well as have professional interactions with all levels of staff, customers, and general public.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
1. Collect, review, input, and process data from Regional Account Managers, vendors, and customers as needed into applicable systems within established timelines according to policies and procedures of the AEF Division, to assist with loan or lease application entry.
2. Process business entity and credit searches as necessary utilizing applicable systems. Perform research and data compilation as needed, while establishing and maintaining personal and confidential business files in an efficient and accurate manner.
3. Archive, collect and image retention documents for storage.
4. Provide resolution for customer service questions and scenarios to include but not be limited to research of customer’s loan account, provide loan histories, statements, balances, and payoff amounts, provide assistance with requesting payment deferrals, amortizations, title, and lien information, assist with online banking setup and troubleshooting, and handle general account maintenance.
5. Process transaction requests to include but not be limited to checks, wires and phone payments, initiated daily by customers, in a timely manner in accordance with established timelines.
6. First and primary point of contact to provide assistance to Equipment Finance customers, internal associates, and applicable vendors regarding AEF loans/leases.
7. Utilize multiple computer programs and web-based software’s throughout the day.
8. Contribute to process adherence by staying up to date on all trainings and actively participating in all communications including monthly team meetings.
9. Understand and comply with bank policy, laws, regulations, and the bank's BSA/AML Program, as applicable to your job duties. This includes but is not limited to; complete compliance training and adhere to internal procedures and controls; report any known violations of compliance policy, laws, or regulations and report any suspicious customer and/or account activity.
