Position requires availability Monday through Friday from 8 am to 5 pm with the ability to work additional hours as needed.
SUMMARY: The Mortgage Servicing Lead will accept escalated mortgage issues and customer calls and provide problem resolution. The incumbent will provide associate training and guidance to associates on escalated issues, and assist with the day-to-day operations of the department. The incumbent will assist in meeting the department goals and with various projects as requested by management. The Mortgage Servicing Lead must be knowledgeable of mortgage products and services and provide customers, internally and externally, with exceptional customer service.
