A&D Mortgage is a Florida-based Nationwide Mortgage Lender providing successful residential and commercial loans for over 20 years. With a team of 200 employees across the United States, we represent our A service in 40 states.

As a Service Compliance Manager at A&D Mortgage, you will be responsible for overseeing the compliance program to ensure that the company is meeting all regulatory requirements. You will work with various departments and stakeholders to identify and address areas of non-compliance, develop and implement policies and procedures, and provide training and education to employees.

YOU'RE GOING TO

• Develop and maintain a compliance management system;

• Develop and improve the company's policies and procedures related to mortgage compliance;

• Develop and implement training and communication programs;

• Ensure accurate mortgage disclosures in compliance with regulatory requirements in a timely manner and maintain disclosure records in the      loan file confirming the decisions made and determining the disposition of the loan;

• Assist with periodic audits and support other fulfillment functions, such as loan opening, portfolio and correspondent rate sheets generation;

• Manage the enterprise risk management program;

• Identify and assess risks and internal controls to ensure compliance with applicable federal and state regulations, statutes, and rules;

• Monitor compliance issues and assess potential risks;

• Oversee and perform internal audit compliance monitoring;

• Prepare compliance audit reports summarizing findings and recommendations. Collaborate with business units to develop and monitor              corrective actions as needed;

• Assist with regulatory and government audits;

• Provide support to business units on regulatory compliance issues;

• Attend scheduled meetings and perform other duties as assigned.

IT'S IMPORTANT TO US THAT YOU HAVE

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field;

• 5 years of experience in mortgage lending compliance;

• Knowledge of relevant regulatory requirements and compliance issues, such as Fair Lending, TRID, HMDA, federal and state laws and              regulations governing residential mortgage lending;

• Regulatory compliance experience in the mortgage industry, either in consulting, compliance management, or auditing;

• Experience in developing and implementing compliance policies and procedures;

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills;

• Ability to collaborate with various departments and stakeholders and handle confidential material in a professional, highly ethical manner.
