Come join our team as a Loan Servicing Analyst, where under the direction of the AVP-Loan Servicing you will support the activities of the Loan Servicing department, including procedure writing, reporting, process improvement, training, system upgrades, maintaining compliance, and supporting new products and services. Adheres to Credit Union policies and procedures to ensure ethical and compliant business practices. Serves as a resource to the Loan Servicing team.

Essential Functions & Responsibilities:

• Develop working procedures for all department activities, creating standardization and designing processes for ongoing management to ensure all are easy to follow and up to date.
• Oversees process improvement efforts through ongoing process mapping and workflow analysis for improved quality, efficiency, and service.
• Develops training program and materials for employees in key areas such as loan setup, quality control, help desk services, tax & insurance processing and loan compliance.
• Development and oversight of department reports for management and data integrity purposes.
• Participates in a variety of department initiatives and projects needed to: manage data integrity and compliance, best utilize technology, and implement changes to products and services.
• Manages the teams participation in scheduled system upgrades to ensure test scripts are in place, functionality is tested, issues resolved, and procedures updated.
• Serve as primary liason with Systems Application, Lending Origination, and key loan servicing vendors.
• Develops standard forms and letter templates that provide for consistency and are instructional in nature.
• Performs other job-related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Associates degree (A.A.) or equivalent from two-year College or technical school; or two to four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
