Overview:
POSITION SUMMARY:
The Business PMO Scrum Master (BP/SM) acts in a partnering role engaging Bayview Loans business operation teams with Mortgage Technology Group resources. The BP/SM is responsible for managing resources who gather, document, and deliver business operations-centric projects and enhancement. The BP/SM will report team progress, work to remove project roadblocks, or escalate as necessary. The Business PMO Scrum Master is ultimately responsible for team performance, quality, and productivity.
Responsibilities:
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Works closely with business operations teams to review business requests Ensure all requests are responded to, analyzed, and resolved in a timely fashion.

Evaluate and apply Best Practices to optimize project deliverables.

Assure the team produces documentation that clearly defines the key functions and outputs. This includes detailed business requirements, technical specifications, and systems integration, and downstream impacts.

Monitor Business design sessions, project kickoff, identify business SMEs, product demos, UAT sessions, and final acceptance criteria for the business user groups.

Establish and document processes in Service Now

Ensure system documentation is current in Service Now

Manage Encompass Support team members driving improved performance and personal growth.

Proactively manage performance.

Address issues as they arise.

Execute project deliverables within timelines and with high quality.

Collaborate and communicate regularly with business and technology partners

Regularly communicate the status of open items, ongoing projects/initiatives, and roadblocks

Manage project priorities as set forth by Bayview leadership.

Maintain an open and productive dialogue with technology partners on shared projects, issues, and potential impacts and risks to projects.

Promote and support all quality, Change, and Release management guidelines as required.

Maintain all project and enhancement work through Service Now.

Qualifications:
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- 3 years of Business Analyst and or Product Owner

Bachelor’s Degree required. Will consider commensurate work experience instead of a degree.

Minimum of 3 years mortgage lending experience

Knowledge of Agile/Scrum a plus
CERTIFICATIONS, LICENSES, AND/OR REGISTRATION
Willingness and ability to obtain role-based SAFE certifications.
