What You’ll Do

Responsible for mortgage loan administration (servicing) duties including, but not limited to: responding to customer inquiries; resolving customer-related issues; ensuring real estate taxes, property insurance, and mortgage insurance are paid current and maintained in accordance with investor guidelines; preparation of lien releases per state law; mortgage payments and payoffs, and control delinquency and recover potential loss revenue for both its clients as well as the company.

Responsibilities

· Responding to customer inquiries.

· Ensuring real estate taxes, property insurance, and mortgage insurance are paid current and maintained in accordance with investor guidelines

· Responsible for processing mail loan payments and the review of mortgage loan payments processed. 

· Responsible for quoting mortgage loan payoff requests, processing payoff funds, preparing return of paid in full documents to the borrower in adherence with state and local mandates.

· Manages transfer of servicing procedures

· Control delinquency and recover potential loss revenue for both its clients as well as the company.

Requirements

· 2- 4-year college curriculum preferred, or equivalent industry experience

· Minimum 5 years related experience and/or training.

· Broad understanding of residential mortgage loans, and familiarity with mortgage loan products

· Knowledge of Encompass, LOS software, and various investor websites

· Positive attitude, excellent attention to detail, and a strong work ethic
