Mortgage Operations Specialist jobs in Fresno, CA

AVS Engineered Operations, a leading Food Processing Engineering firm, is seeking a skilled BIM Specialist and Draftsperson to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be proficient in AutoCAD and Revit, with a background in industrial designs. This role will involve collaborating with architects, engineers, project managers and contractors to create detailed and accurate drawings.

The specific duties and responsibilities may vary depending on the project, but here is a general overview of what a BIM Specialist/Draftsperson might be expected to do:

- Use AutoCAD and Revit software to produce accurate 2D and 3D drawings based on project specifications.

- Collaborate with architects and engineers to understand project requirements and translate them into detailed technical drawings.

- Incorporate design changes and updates into existing drawings as directed by project managers.

- Ensure that all drawings comply with industry standards, codes, and company guidelines.

- Participate in design reviews and coordination meetings to address any issues and provide technical input.

- Maintain organized project documentation, including drawing files, revisions, and related records.

- Collaborate with the project team to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality drawings within established timelines.

- Stay current with industry trends and advancements in AutoCAD, Revit and Autodesk Construction Cloud software.

Qualifications:
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit and Autodesk Construction Cloud software is required.
- Strong understanding of commercial and industrial standards and codes.
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to produce accurate and high-quality drawings.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills to work within a team-oriented environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
