Compensation: Fee-based per closing

Responsibilities:

· Manage the closing process for real estate transactions.

· Coordinate with clients, agents, and legal teams to ensure all documentation is accurate and complete.

· Conduct thorough reviews of contracts and associated paperwork.

· Travel to Fayetteville, WV for closings and related activities.

Requirements:

· Previous experience in real estate closings.

· Strong understanding of real estate contracts and legal documentation.

· Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
