Position Responsibilities:

• Review quality of work performed by staff through use of auditing applications.

• Identifies training needs and communicates needs to training department as needed.

• Participates in design of auditing formats and quality standards.

• Participates in design of auditing formats and quality standards.

• Uses quality monitoring data management system to compile and track performance and trends at team and individual level

• Conducts audit calibrations and/or training sessions with Senior Leadership, Supervisors or other Kemper employees on a regular cadence.

• Provides actionable data to various internal support groups as needed.

• Provides feedback to billing department leaders and managers.

• Maintain standardized workflows and procedures. Provides recommendations for change and participates in procedures to improve accuracy/efficiency.

• Prepares and analyzes internal and external quality reports for management staff review.

• Ability to focus on deadlines and deliverables.

• Ability to deal with ambiguity.

• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Position Requirements:

• 1 years of billing or customer service center experience

• 1 years of Property & casualty experience a plus

• 1 year Quality Assurance experience

• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus

• Excellent verbal, written, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

• Proficient in Word, Excel, Power Point, OneNote, and Outlook required.

• Proficient in Kemper property & casualty systems and processes a plus

• A skill’s assessment will be conducted as part of the interview process

• Ability to multitask and successfully operate in a fast paced, team environment

• Must adapt well to change and successfully set and adjust priorities as needed

• This is a hybrid role that will require some reporting to the closest Illinois office
