Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service to clients, answering their questions and addressing their concerns and making appropriate policy changes.
- Conduct thorough analysis of clients' insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage options
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and policy details
Experience:
- Previous experience in auto insurance customer service and sales preferred
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and establish trust
- Proven track record of overseeing policy renewals and endorsements.
